I read the other review where they compaired this suave, well, I had the opposite experience. Suave is the one that left a film in my daughters hair. This one din't leave a film, it got most if not all the tangles out her hair. The scent is light and not over welming. Between the price at the dollar store and how well it works, I will continue using it.

I usually use Suave detangling spray for my daughter's hair. I found Breck detangling spray at the dollar store and thought I'd try it. It has a pleasant watermelon scent and a very fine mist compared to Suave. For detangling purposes, it doesn't seem to work quite as well. I have to spray a lot and I still have tangles stuck in her hair. After it dries, there's a film of detangler on her hair. Whereas, with Suave, I can go a few days without washing her hair and just use the Suave detangler, the Breck needs to be washed out. I think we'll go back to Suave.
