I know that Chanel No. 5 is considered to be the most luxurious perfume because of its connection with my favorite beauty icon, Marilyn Monroe, but I hate No. 5...I don't see the appeal at all.
Not so with Coco. This stuff is pure magic. It is sex in a bottle. It is soft and spicy, warm and woodsy. It is the ideal winter perfume. One drop of this heavenly potion makes me feel like a glamorous vamp from the 20's, although Coco was created in 1984.
I can definitely pick up notes of sandalwood and vanilla in tandem with the spice. This is a very rich, deep, smooth, creamy fragrance. Coco is like a bold, beautiful woman...a dark-haired femme fatale wearing dark lipstick and a blood-red dress. I prefer the EDT over the EDP because it's more gentle on my allergies, but this is worth every penny.
It makes me feel classy and seductive. I bet Marilyn would have loved this one!

I have been a Chanel fanatic since I was 15. I switched from N05 to Coco when it fist came out and have not changed since. Perfumes are a very personal choice so I can't say you must have but I do recommend if you come across it to try it on .
