Disappointing with lasting powerMar 16, 2012

My wife and I have been purchasing Creed from the stores at the mall for full price. When we saw this awesome deal we both bought a bottle. Unfortunately, the scent does not stay on very long and requires re-application after about 2-3 hours. The other Creed we bought stayed on for much longer, up to 8 hours. The smell is genuine, the bottle looks genuine, the box has an inlet with Arabic writing only (no English - at all). A quick call to Creed revealed that they (Creed USA) cannot speak to the authenticity of this product since it was not purchased from an authorized re-seller in the United States. I contacted Amazon and let them know and Amazon made it right. This review is 2 stars for the product and 5 stars for Amazon's Customer Service. I continue to be a satisfied Amazon customer but from now on, I'll just buy Creed from the mall at full price.
